For sauna membership members and packages, one session will be deducted from your allotted sessions. For all other services, you’ll be charged 50% of the service cost.
As a way to honor the time of our staff and customers, please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is at the practitioner’s discretion to determine if there’s enough time for your service. If they’re able to complete the treatment in the time available, you will be charged the full amount for the booking. If there is too little time, note that we will not be able to start the service and the cancellation fee will be charged.
Repeated last minuet cancelations and no shows will incur a 100% charge. We also reserve the right to refuse service.
