Nicole and I have always shared passion and vision for what we have desired HAND & LAND to look and feel like. Over the years, this has changed and evolved with the spirit of the shop itself. This evolution has always been in fertile soil, filled with our love to support growth and maturation. H&L has become less of what we both thought we wanted and projected it should look like, and has evolved into what it wants to be, spontaneously, and organically.  

For example, we had no intention of selling crystals when we first opened the doors. The crystals in the shop were from my personal collection, peppered around to take up shelf space and add something sparkly to the mix of our hand selected offerings. Over time, people began inquiring about the crystalline beauties and wanted to take them home. I wasn’t ready to part ways with the ones that I had in the shop, so we naturally ended up at the next gem and mineral show and started offering stones little by little, slowly growing our selection. They all emerged through us, through the shop. It has been a magical process getting out of the way and allowing what is to be expressed to come fully into being. We are so grateful.

We are anticipating some shifts and movement in the next few months, something that has been germinating for nearly two years. We all are a part of this evolutionary process, stay tuned as we share future developments.
