About the Product: These hot/cold packs are handmade with organic fabrics, organic lavender and a blend of organic grains. Use as cold therapy to reduce inflammation and pain, or hot therapy to soothe sore and stiff muscles. The calming aroma of dried lavender helps reduce anxiety and insomnia while the gentle pressure relives tension and stress. Use during meditation/yoga to help block light, relax and remain present. These are the ultimate treat for restless minds, headaches and sinus pressure.

How to Use: For hot compress heat for 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. For cold compress freeze for at least 30 minutes. To rejuvenate lavender buds, use a rolling pin to release oils from lavender buds.
